Bear Lake 2008

Okay, i am not the blogger I thought i could be, but anyhoo, here are pics from our Bear Lake trip in July---yeah, I know, it's September.

Happy Easter Everyone!!!

What a great weekend! Finally some decent weather. It was a bit chilly Saturday morning for our annual Grandma Bethie-Grandpa Glenard Easter Egg hunt at the park. We had a delicious breakfast and the kids were able to fly their kites that grandma Cyd brought for them. The kids really look forward to it and it was a great time. We also went to another U of U baseball game at Franklin Covey Field. The Utes played San Diego State and didn't do so hot, but Geoff pitched 3 innings and held them and did awesome--we all got sunburned too. Yay for sun! Jon spoke in church about the Atonement and he did great--i'm thankful it was him and not me. We had Easter dinner at my mom and dad's--thanks a bunch it was yummy. Jon took pics of the kids today and Davis wasn't too excited, but we did what we could.....

GO UTES!!!!

GO UTES!! So we went to Cedar City a week and a half ago to see my brother play baseball. It was so great to get out doors. It was only 48 degrees the first day, but apparently warm enough for Davis to get his first sunburn--oops, sorry fella. Anyhoo they have this big Discovery Park that my kids love to go to there and Jon and Grandpa John went over and play forever with the chillins. My kids said my dad (grandpa) was the best hide and seek player they knew--whoever got to hide with him could never be found. On Saturday we were freezing in the hail at another baseball game and it was so nice of Kelie and JR and the girls to come and watch from sunny St. George -- sorry guys. We decided it was too cold and we left and went to St. George. Jack got super sick with the croop and had a miserable night, but all in all it was great. We went to snow canyon on the way home--it is so incredible, but first we stopped by the Stanclifts new home which is awesome--we know where we ar staying next time!!

I am just testing out the waters of blogging. YIKES. I know, I know, I was never going to be a blogger. This is really for the benefit of my husband who keeps putting our family on you tube. there will be more to come, i am sure, but Jon will probably be the blogger of this family. For now, let's see if this even works. ROCK ON all you blog obsesed folks--the Aubrey's are in!!
