HOly ToleDO----the Aubrey's are growing up!!!

Okay, so it's been over a year, maybe I'll start blogging again? We have had an eventful past year.............where to start. I guess since Bear Lake last year, we had a fun summer building our house and living with my awesome parents. We moved in the end of November '08. We had a great Christmas in our new house and have been working on the yard and all the other fun stuff that comes with new construction. During all our great fun, Davis turned 1 and now he'll be 2 at the end of the week. YIKES! I can't believe how fast time goes by. Mattee had a fun cheer competition in California that the whole family went to and it was great. Jack and Stockton played Junior Jazz and baseball and have picked up tennis over the summer. I know officially have teenagers in the house--Jack and Mattee turned 13 in August, Stockton is 10 and Sammee is 7. Yeah, I am getting old. I had fun running in the RAGNAR relay in June and I just ran the St. George Marathon a couple weeks ago--can't believe I did it, but it was so fun with Esther and Phil and my cousins--Angie, Birk and Joanie. Yay. Jon is also playing a lot of tennis and is super busy at work and of course a great dad and hubbie. We did go to Bear Lake again and we didn't realize how special it was until my Grandpa Hanson passed away a month later. We take too much for granted, and I hope he knew how much he meant to all of us. Okay--I am sounding a bit form letterish, so anyhoo we are great!

Happy Easter Everyone!!!

What a great weekend! Finally some decent weather. It was a bit chilly Saturday morning for our annual Grandma Bethie-Grandpa Glenard Easter Egg hunt at the park. We had a delicious breakfast and the kids were able to fly their kites that grandma Cyd brought for them. The kids really look forward to it and it was a great time. We also went to another U of U baseball game at Franklin Covey Field. The Utes played San Diego State and didn't do so hot, but Geoff pitched 3 innings and held them and did awesome--we all got sunburned too. Yay for sun! Jon spoke in church about the Atonement and he did great--i'm thankful it was him and not me. We had Easter dinner at my mom and dad's--thanks a bunch it was yummy. Jon took pics of the kids today and Davis wasn't too excited, but we did what we could.....
